Estate Planning is reviewing your assets and deciding who you wish to leave them to upon your death.  You will then need to make a will to ensure your wishes are carried out. Making a will and deciding who we want to leave our assets to is a sensitive subject but something we all need to do.

We recommend you retain the services of a Lawyer when making your will to ensure your assets are disposed as per your wishes.  Making your own will can be fraught with danger. As your accountants we generally have a good knowledge of your assets and can assist with assessing the tax implications of transfers to beneficiaries.
